This week's menu turned out multiple red-meat based entrees. I think it happened four a couple of reasons: I must be back on the red-meat iron and protein craving kick and well, there was a huge sale at Albertson's on top sirloin and ground beef! Next week's menu is sure to yield a couple of salmon nights as a result of the killer sale this week too!

FRI: Homemade Sloppy Joes, Steamed Green Beans, Orange Wedges
